Terms of service

Last updated 7 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between PLAAGG and the business that creates a workspace. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of that business.

1. The service

PLAAGG provides an online business workspace for the industries listed on plaagg.com. We may add, change or retire features; we will give reasonable notice before retiring anything a business depends on.

2. Accounts

The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for who they invite and what those people do. Keep your password, PIN and devices safe; tell us at once if you think an account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind the business.

3. Acceptable use

Use PLAAGG only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to access another business's data, probe or overload the service, or upload anything unlawful. Wines & Spirits businesses are responsible for complying with the law on the sale of alcohol, including age verification; PLAAGG's age check at the point of sale is a record, not a substitute for the seller's own judgement.

4. Your data

Your business owns the data it records. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it at any time and it is deleted after your account closes, as the privacy policy sets out.

5. Fees

Starting a workspace is free. Paid plans, prices and billing periods are shown in Settings → Billing before you subscribe. Fees are in Kenyan shillings unless stated otherwise, exclusive of taxes, and non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep PLAAGG available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is by email and WhatsApp during Kenyan business hours.

7. Suspension and termination

You may close your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, is used unlawfully, or has unpaid fees, after notice where the situation allows it.

8. Liability

PLAAGG is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the business paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then to the courts of Kenya.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to account owners by email at least 14 days before they apply.
