PLAAGG Advisory

Every enquiry answered, every deadline owned.

PLAAGG Advisory runs a practice's client work: enquiries captured the moment they arrive, follow-ups with a name and a date on them, proposals that become engagements, and onboarding that finishes.

Your own hours — and Today measures against them

  • Proposals and engagements

Your scope and fees as a PDF, accepted into a client

  • Onboarding that finishes

Every document chased by a named person, with a date

  • Your services, your fees

Priced per client, not per catalogue

  • Partner, manager, consultant, front desk

Each person sees their own work

Why it matters

Nothing dropped. Nothing undated.

  • No enquiry goes cold

Every one of them is captured, owned and measured against your own promise.

  • A client means an engagement

A client exists only when a proposal has been accepted — scope and fees agreed.

  • Reviews are real reviews

Whoever prepared the work cannot be the one who approves it, however senior.

  • The whole story, one timeline

A client's history reads back to the first message they ever sent.

Questions

Questions about PLAAGG Advisory

What does PLAAGG Advisory do?
PLAAGG Advisory runs the client side of a tax, accounting and advisory practice: every enquiry captured from WhatsApp, your own enquiry form or a phone call, qualified and given to somebody with a call-back time; follow-ups and consultations with a name and a date on them; proposals with your scope and your fees as a PDF; and onboarding that chases each document until it is in.
Is the WhatsApp part real, or a mock-up?
The flow is real and the boundary is honest. With no WhatsApp number connected it runs as a simulator — the questions and answers are written down in PLAAGG and every screen says nothing was sent to anybody. Connect your own number and the same flow sends through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and stores the provider's own message id, or stores the failure with the provider's reason. There is no state in between: a message is never shown as sent unless it was.
Can we use our own services and our own fees?
They are your rows, not ours. You add the services your practice sells, group them, say how often each one is billed and what you usually charge, and you can retire one without breaking last year's proposals. A blank fee means you quote each time and is stored as nothing rather than as zero. The starter list we offer a new practice is labelled a template and carries no fees at all, because what you charge is your business.
How does it decide what needs doing today?
Today is one ranked queue rather than a wall of charts. Each row says who it is about, why it is there, when it was or is due, whose it is and what the recommended next step is — and the common ones are closed from the row itself. What counts as late is your own setting: you tell PLAAGG how quickly your practice promises a first response, and that is what unanswered enquiries are measured against.
Does it stop somebody approving their own work?
Yes, and not by hiding a button. Where a review is required the person who prepared the file cannot be the person who approves it, and the rule is enforced on the server for a partner just as much as for a junior — seniority is not independence. A practice that genuinely has one qualified person turns review off for that service rather than pretending it happened.
Does it file returns or tell us when taxes are due?
No. PLAAGG Advisory organises your practice's work; it does not file anything with KRA and it does not tell you what any particular business owes or when. Which obligations apply to a client, and when they fall due, is your professional judgement and is recorded per client — the product never treats a filing date as universal truth.
